The 26th Lublin Historical Vehicles Rally (5th Elimination of Historical Vehicles Championship of Poland) Firlej, June 7th- 10th 2012 The host: Automobilklub Lubelski, ul. Polnocna 22 A, 20-064 Lublin tel./fax: +(48) 817477605 or +(48) 817408950 The vehicles: Both cars and motorcycles older than 25 years are welcomed. The vehicles should have valid documents (registration and insurance). The rally: The event is a touring type rally (90-120 km) with some standard elements like: contest of elegance, regularity drive, orientation drive, driving skills trials (gymkhana) and others, according to the host’s imagination. The trials are rather fun-oriented with sporting elements. Both individual and team entries are possible. The team entry consists of at least 3 cars from the same club. The full participation in the event requires the written application (Sign-up form) and the participation fee (sent/paid to the host), which guarantee that hotels, meals and all necessary materials will be properly reserved and provided for you. The location of the event: The rally will take place in surroundings of Lubartow (town located in south-east Poland). Participants are expected on Thursday, June 27th from 4 p.m. at the following address: Restauracja Imperium Lubelska 1 21-136 Firlej http://www.restauracjaimperium.pl The fees: The following participation fees are to be paid by competitors: 1000 PLN per crew in the historical vehicle. This fee covers all the costs related with participation in the event for the crew consisting of driver and navigator (food, accommodation, programme etc.) except the cost of fuel. Cost of extra passangers: 350 PLN per person. Exchanging rate: 1EUR = 4.20 PLN. For your convenience, the foreign participants may pay the fees upon arrival on June 7th.
